Our Business
A decade ago, Workline Solutions founder Chris Phommas answered the call from the community to provide staffing solutions for thriving businesses to help level the playing field in a dynamic work environment.
Today, the call continues to be answered. With a genuine love for people and community our values are reflected in everything we do. We aren’t your average recruiting firm because we refuse to believe in a one size fits all approach. We don’t place just any person in any job. We want our placements in positions they can thrive in, not only for them but also for our clients. Retention is the goal always and we’re happy that is something we can consistently deliver on.
